You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper rights, permissions, and consents to provide any personal, business, staff, parent, child, or lead information used within the platform or related automations.
6. Third Party Tools and Integrations
Our services may connect with or rely on third party platforms, including calendar tools, communication tools, form builders, CRM systems, email services, SMS providers, call tracking tools, hosting services, analytics tools, or other software providers.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, deliverability issues, account restrictions, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third party providers.

9. No Guaranteed Results
Automation Suites may provide strategies, tools, workflows, and recommendations intended to improve childcare operations. However, your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your staff adoption, center policies, licensing requirements, parent engagement, market conditions, internal follow through, and business decisions.
We do not guarantee specific inspection results, enrollment numbers, staff performance, licensing outcomes, time savings, parent reviews, or operational results.
